1 General Provisions and Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the uuok platform and all services under it. By accessing the uuok website, creating an account, or beginning to use any service, the user is considered to have accepted these Terms in full and without modification.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before withdrawal — meaning a ৳1,000 bonus requires a total of ৳20,000 in wagering to be completed.

4.2 Bonus Terms of Use

The bonus applies to the first deposit only and is granted once per account.
Winnings from the bonus may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified time after the bonus is received, the bonus may be cancelled.
uuok reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

4.3 VIP Cashback Programme

uuok's VIP programme has four tiers — Bronze (up to 0.2% cashback on weekly net losses), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%), and Platinum (up to 0.8%). Example: if a Gold member's net loss in a week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120. Advancement to a higher tier is possible through regular and active play.

5 Gaming Code of Conduct and Prohibited Activities

5.1 Fair Play Policy

All gaming activity on the uuok platform must be conducted honestly and in accordance with the rules. The use of any bots, automation software, cheating tools, or any other unfair method is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

Operating multiple accounts under the same user.
Accessing or attempting to hack another user's account.

5.3 Consequences of Violations
